  1. Press and hold the OGM button

    Release the OGM button after you hear the 'Please record after the tone" message

    After the beep speak your out going message (up to 1 minute long)

    press the OGM button when you are finished recording


  2. Try pressing the announce button and holding it till it beeps. record your message then let go.
