If you mean a head on collision, I would say definitely not without divine intervention. If you mean the car rear ends the semi, the car driver would need some luck but it is survivable, theoretically

Most likely not.  The question suggests to me that one might think the car has an advantage because it is going faster than the big rig.  This is totally wrong.  You need to add the speed of both vehicles.  This means the car will experience an impact equivalent  to hitting a solid object at 140 miles per hour.

Rear end? Possibly, but Not likely. After hitting the truck, the car would still be moving about 60mph and out of control.

It is verry unlikely that thedriver of the car would survive the impact of the crash. I don't think there would be mutch of the car left for fire/ rescue to cut him/ her out with the jaws of life.

depends on how they hit. but a combined speed of 140mph. I doubt anyone would survive unless its a miracle. 95% would die. there are alot of factors. But since its a bet I would say NO WAY IN h**l they would survive
