Is it just redder and itchier, or  is it swelling a section of your arm up, etc. You can go to www.webmd.com and go through the symptom checker, which walks through similar to a doctors visit. It will tell you if need immediate attention or give you ideas for home treatment. Sometimes people have allergic reaction to a mosquito bite and it gets really red, hot, itchy, and sore for maybe a few days. For that I wold put anti-itch cream on it (an over the counter cortisone cream) and take Benadryl tablets (they make you really tired). But if it is more serious you need to see a doctor.~~
