I have a big bump on my cheek left from an old pimple?

what do i do??

its really big and its really noticeable its like a big acne scar....

please help...

    Either the pimple is still there or you have a nasty scar.  Put warm compresses on it 2-3 times a day for a couple of days.  If it goes away or forms a head, then the pimple is still there.  If it comes to a head, wash your face with soap and water, then stick it with a clean needle.  That will drain it without a big scar.  If it doesn't go away, then you have a scar.  You can get rid of them by using a mild exfoliant daily.  I like St Ives Apricot scrub, but that's just my preference.  Do not scrub at the scar or pick at it, as that will open it up and make it much worse in the long run.  It will take several months to completely get rid of it, but the exfoliant will steadily remove the dead skin.  It probably isn't as noticable as you think it is.  It's just that you're being self conscious about it.

maybe another pimple is forming over the old pimple. idk...lol go to a dermotologist.

Sounds like a cyst.  You can see a dermatologist to see if they can drain it or something to make it a little less noticeable.

it means that the core is still in there and you need to get it out. try holding a hot wet wash cloth over it several times a day and see if you can't get it to open up on you. if not then you may have to warm it up and take a pin that you sterilized and try to open it up that way. if that doesn't work then you may have to call your doctor and see what he/she suggests. the infection in it needs to come out. i had this same problem with my son. the doctor had to lance it to get the infection out.
