Ok i have a virus and its not being detected by my anti virus.The reason being is that the Virus is showing up on my desktop as an anti virus software that im unable to delete.The virus is not letting me do a system restore or letting me delete it.Can someone tell me how to just crash my computer wipe it completely clean like to factory settings
