I have a bike in andhra pradesh, i have moved to banglore, what are the documents i need to get.NOC? Road tax?

Its best to go to any near by motor training school and there you will get an RTO agent who will do all that is needful for you :)

Yes, you need NOC from your city where ever in Andhra Pradesh you live. You also have to carry all legal documents with you. You will get all answers from RTO office itself. Thanks.

You plan to stay at Bangalore for how long. Permanently or getting back to AP or out of Bangalore, after a shortwhile.

For Bangalore registration:

i) You need NOC from current RTO at AP

ii) All the original attested RTO documents (RC book, clearance from hypothecation if any, Insurance, Emission certificate, etc)

iii) Present residence address proof/employers certificate

You need to pay lifetime roadtax for your vehicle (around Rs.2500/-)

With all the relevant documents, apply at concerned jurisdictional RTO of your locality (Bangalore has about 8 RTO's).

You will be guided at the office for the other fees and procedures. It may take around 3 weeks for completion of all formalities.
