  1. What kind of bill? A credit card bill?  If you do not pay the minimum payment due, they will report it as a negative on your report.

If the minimum payment is 15 and you only pay 10, you are in breach of the credit card agreement.

If it is a bill like an electric bill, then call them and make an arrangement with them to pay less.  It's worth it to do so rather than let it go and suffer 7 years of bad credit!

  2. If its a credit card and the $10 is the minimum amount, it will not impact your credit history. However if its some other bill where there is no provision of part - payment it will impact your credit.

  3. As long as the $10.00 met or exceeded the minimum amount due you are fine, if not it will show as a late payment unless you pay the additional money before the 30-day limit is up.

  4. Not enough info.  What kind of bill?  Is a time payment schedule set up?

  5. If you don't pay the bill in full, it will affect your credit score. It shows as a late payment because they didn't receive the full payment when it was due.
