I have a billion dollar idea, how do I find investors?

I need investors for this idea. i just want 2 know as many possible ways to reach them that are not too difficult

  1. They probably wouldn't invest in it as the risk/reward curve will be too steep (Microsoft's aren't created every day). Not only that but investing right at the beginning would be a disadvantage in itself as they too would have to endure the losses you made during the initial years (you will NOT make a profit as soon as you start).  


  2. you can start by not lying to them about this being a completely risk-free investment that will offer billion-dollar returns.

  3. First you should start with banks because they alone can give the capital needed IF the idea is good enough and in addition they can probably connect you to angel investors if your idea is really that good

  4. Dude, no ones pays good money for ideas. You have first to get your business going in a small way, get some cash flow, letters of intent to buy from big buyers and then you can go to a bank with a business plan and ask them to finance your expansion.
