I have a black thing behind my ear looks like a bruise its under my skin it has the shape of a spot...?

i dont want a random answer like go to a doctor or what i just want to know if its something important or not dont say thats its nothing if you know nothing about it its scary... coz once i pushed it and felt it i thought it was a spot then yesterday i went and had a tattoo behind my ear and the guy told me that i had soething black behind my ear so i gor scared...

its about 5 mm diameter.. its a bit hard ... and it hurts when i touch it but it doesnt hurt when i leave it there... i think it started after i pushed it.. coz i was cleaning my ears in the morning... now im really getting scared... it looks like a bruise but the little spot is like swollen...

 with spots like that you want to make if it is like lump or not first. second if it is you want to see if it moves around or just tender. there are lymph nodes behind the era you might have had an infection such as a cold that my caused your lymph node to inflame. it its hard and not moving you want to check that out since it might be melignant, hopefully that is not the case.
