Where can i go to get an unlock code for a blackberry 8310 completely free?

I am not sure if the same applies for AT&T, but I  have always received unlocked codes from my carrier T-Mobile. My account is in good standing and is over 90 days old, so they always send them to me for free. I would check with AT&T and see if they will give it to you for free.

if you are using AT&T, you can call customer service and  provide them with your IMEI then they will provide you with the unlocking instruction (with unlocking code) via e-mail.
