I have a blackberry but wont work with media manager???

i tryed everything sending in thru blue tooth nothins from a pc and phone i download desktop manager it says connected but when i open media manager it wont read the phone it says no device please some one help

  1. what is it that you are trying to do?  if you are just putting pics, vids, ringtones on your berry  you really dont need the d/m..  just hook your berry up  go to my computer look for the bery  go to the folder  u need and  click and drag or copy and paste  thats  how most ppl  do it
