I have a blackberry curve 8320 help???!!!!!???

i have a blackberry curve 8320 and everytime i try to use aim it says i have to go to www.blackberry.com/aim but when i went there it wouldn't work.....can someone help me please....

I also have the 8320 and have AIM 2.0 installed and working fine. I am guessing you are on Tmobile.

If so, go to Options > Advanced Options > TCP and make sure your APN is set to wap.voicestream.com

Then try going to blackberry.com/aim from your BB browser. It should offer a download.

If you are still having issues, try resending your service books. The error message you posted means you dont have a service book for AIM. You need that from your carrier, and you must have the BB data plan.
