I have a blackberry curve & no volume.?

Question

the device volume it is set as high as it can go and in my advanced profiles both in holster and out the setting is vibrate and tone. it was working earlier and i was speaking on it with no problem but now it's not!

preform a battery pull  take the battery out  20 seconds  it  will  reset the device
