I have a blackberry pearl and suddenly the trackball stopped working. How do I get it to work??

It will roll a little bit, but not much. The keys still work fine, but this is still a big problem. If i need to take it to a shop, does anyone know of a t-mobile shop in Southern California?

Jessica,

There are 2 possible reasons its not working:

1) There is dirt or something underneath the trackball. Either press down on it hard and move the trackball or use some compressed air.

2) If that doesn't work, take out the battery for a minute (at least). That will reset the software if it is a software glitch.

Both of these have been reported so its hard to say which is your issue..
