  1. I agree it is near impossible to match. I have used a spray dye on one that was black. But if it isn't black I don't give you much hope on matching color well.  


  2. Go to Walmart and check out the fabric paint.  Talk to the little old lady working there for assistance.

  3. it's nearly impossible to match the original color of the carpet plus carpet is notoriously difficult to dye as the fiber is synthetic and doesn't absorb dye well.  your best bet is to cut out the bleached bit and put an identically-sized piece in its place.  use the cut out bit as a pattern to cut the replacement.  you'll need to seal the edges of the hole and patch to avoid fraying
