I have a board sharks rc surfer, when i turn it on, it doesn't have any throttle, it steers but doesn't

have any throttle but each time i turn it on the motor moves a little, is something not wried right? or is it not even worth bothering with?-i do turn on the radio before the rc surfer.

Does it have a separate receiver and speed control?  I would make sure the speed control signal is properly plugged in to the receiver.

Also, make sure that the battery is charged well.  Speed controls often shut off the motor if the voltage is low.  There might still be enough voltage to operate the rudder, but not enough to let the speed control run the motor.
