I have a book printing question?

How much would it cost me to have say 100 copies a 300 page 5.5x8.5 book printed? It’s a novel with no pictures and I have original art work for the front and back covers.

I looked on line and the "instant e-mail" quotes that I submitted 3 hours ago have not come back yet. So if anyone has an idea I would be ever grateful
