I have a box of Three Lac Pro biotic. It expired in 12/2007. Can I still take it?

I wouldn't.   I am sure the ingredients are useless.  Did you keep them in your frig to preserve them ?   Or in a cool place ?  If they were just sitting on a shelf somewhere I would  toss them out.  Expiration dates are on there for a reason.

Yes, you can still take it... but you shouldn't expect it to be as beneficial as it once was. Probiotics have a much shorter shelf life because they are living organisms that can die off... you might not get much of any benefits from taking it now, but it's safe to take it in general.
