I have a break in my college classes from 2-7:30, what should I do to kill time?

Im gonna go to the gym from 2-3:30, but then I don't know what to do from 3:30 to 7:30? Not going to go home because I live 30 minutes away and im a bit short on cash so nothing too expensive now. Any suggestions? Thanks!

The Library is always a good choice. Improves your grades, increases your knowledge, great way to stay up with your studies and maybe get a little bit ahead.  Professors love students who have read enough to ask an intelligent question.  I know it sounds like a downer, but it really is not.  I used to pick a topic- then read everything I could get my hands on on that one topic.  

Another good activity is organizing your notes.  I used to use that to know what to study for exam. I bet I predicted 90% of the questions.

Assuming your note-taking is unchanging, the more a prof talks about a topic the more notes you will have on it. Now, obviously, the more he talks about it, the more important he thinks it is. So simply organizing your notes into topics, and counting pages, you can predict what is going to be on the next exam.  You review the 1 paragraph topics just before the quiz, but KNOW the topics he spent time on.

Can you work at the college store for a few hours?  Can you tutor during that time?  Making money is always the best.  I would definitely inquire about working in the bookstore this semester.   Get that tutor note out with the little pull tabs on the bottom of the 8x11 sheet of paper.  People need tutors during that time, especially, while they are in between classes too.

Oh, and for God's sake, do every bit of your homework during this time.   No excuses.
