Question:

I have a breaker box located in my kitchen right next to my freezer there looks like moisture is getting in?

there and possibly shorting out one circuit breaker. But im confused why only one circuit breaker if it's the moisture? the same circuit breaker has blown out three times in 18 months, if it isnt the moisture what else would it be .

(The circuit breaker powers my dishwasher along with 4 outlet plugs and my garbage dispaosl)

  1. You really should contact a licensed electrician, you could be electrocuted if you do not know what you are doing.  

    Its either shorting because its wet or because its overloaded.  Either way its unsafe.

  2. If"blown out " means tripped, you are over loading the circuit.  You didn't mention what was plugged into the four outlets that are on the circuit.

  3. Is the circuit breaker tripping or failing completely?  If it is tripping, there is either a load that is to heavy or the breaker is failing--they do get tired of carrying the load and need to be replaced.  It may require a ammeter to be sure.

      Do whatever you need to do to keep water out of the box--water in electrical boxes is bad, bad news.
