Question

how would I go about finding out more. I am prepared to share the business with anybody that gives me sound advice and partakes in the business. It involves publishing. where can I go or what can I do. I am pretty sure this will work.

firs of all , you need a sound and researched business plan, with projections and costings, issues and market research

then, go and see your local business link - have a look on the website - they can give you ideas, and pass you to the federation of small businesses - with connections of people who may be interested

You can advertise for a business partner on this website because it promotes business ideas, skills and talents.  Then when the idea is concrete promote it on the same website, depending on what the business is:
