I have a bubble coral and my annemie touched it and now that side of the coral is not coming out?

Move the bubble coral.

The anemone stung the coral, and will continue to do so until it's dead.

Separate the two. Either keep them in different tanks, or put in a tank divider to keep the anemone from any corals you have.

With a little luck, it's possible that the coral wasn't badly damaged and will recover, but it'll take time.
