I have a budgie and don't know if it is a boy or girl. It has brown and blue above its beak. Can anyone help?

Just wait a little longer. It sounds to me though that most likley it is female. I kept thinking my two were boys then girls but I ended up with two girls and a boy. I don't remember how long it took to know for sure the gender but sometimes it takes a while.

Girl cere(nostril area) = Will be brown

Boy cere = Blue

There are other identification things such as their stripes.

Usually their ceres will start of white purple or blue, if this is changing to brown then it is a girl.

WHat color is the nose? If its colorful or any color, its a boy. If its white, its a girl. So I think yours is a boy.
