I have a build a bear Key code and Animal ID why isn't it working?

I have a build a bear I have a code and Animal Id and I tried to bring it to lfe but it didnt work I wonder why plz tell me?

It is because certain bears can only work on certain countrys. For excample if you went on holiday and got one in America, you would have to log on to the american build-a-bear-ville because the other countrys do not have that perticular one

i not sure. maybhe you should email or call build a bear and tell that it doesn't work
