I have a build up of plak on the back of my two front teeth obviously I cant get a .....?

brush in there so how do I get rid of it? I scrapped a bit off and now my teeth feel really sensitive?? but i cant get the last off??? thanks

your dentist will clean and polish the plaque for you. I find whitening toothpaste gr8. Use a soft to medium brush. Brush slowly up and down and for as long as you can, 2 mins are recommended. Tepe's are good for indental cleaning, but get the right size for your gaps as you must not force between.

Why cant you get a brush to the back of your front teeth? Face the bristles away from you and upright and go up and down. If youve never done this your teeth must be in pretty bad shape.
