I have a bulged disc and a pinched nerve, how can I get some help? I've tried countless doctors. HELP?

I've tried several different doctors, and they tell me that it's normal. What do I do? PLEASE HELP ME.

How do you know you have a Bulged Disc and a Pinched Nerve?

Usually you have a MRI and based on the results the Doctors will then list the treatment options and off you go. Best of Luck

One thing that you could try is something like massage.

You mentioned that you have tried several different kind of doctors and was wondering about Pain Management.  The reason I was wondering about Pain Management is because they can offer a variety of different options to try and help the pain, some on the alternative front like massage therapy and even accupuncture.
