I have a bump on the skin outside of my t******e. What could this be?

I noticed that I have 2 bumps. One is on my left t******e the other on the right. If I pull it does not hurt. It is not directly ON the t******e but it is on the skin on the outside. I can feel the whole thing, it feels almost like a BB. What could this be?
