I have a business dinner coming up as Xmas gettogether,what should be my dress like?

Its a gettogether with different nationalities and i am an Indian, so what can be suitable for me?

You do not want to under dress for this occasion, you want to look good and that's the kind of bar dress mixed with your blue collar work attire. You want to be s**y but not too s**y, try a low cut but not too low and some heels that you would not wear to work with a nice pair of slacks or long skirt:) dont forget the accessories

In business situations, always err on the side of conservatism.  If you work for an American dominated company and would like to get ahead, I would dress in something your superiors would respect-- i.e. if your boss is anglo, go with a long, slim fitting skirt and a conservative top.  you can always use a see through long scarf as a shawl as well.  Good luck!
