for search engine inclusion you have to submit your website to different web directories, there are some free and some paid e.g. yahoo directory is paid if you want inclusion in yahoo directory you have to pay annual fee. Although there are a lot of free directories available as well, you can spend some time and add you website details with link to your website to these free directories, question is how i think you have to do as many as you can, try to find relevant directory for your business.
