I have a business that is falling with over 400,000 in credit card debt?

and about 70,000 debt in personal credit if i close the business and file for personal bankrabtcy will i get dishcarge for the business debt as well especially that all the bsuiness bill comes under my name.

It really depends on the business.  If the business is a sole propriety, you most likey will be responsible.  If the business is an LLC or incorporated then you may not be responsible for the business debt.  Hope this helps a little.  The best thing is to contact an attorney in your area as laws may vary by state.

I think it depends on if your business is incorporated. You might need an attorney for this - they do free consultations for bankruptcy.
