Sorry but my dad did it.. But go online and google it or read the manual

The easiest way is to s***w on the coaxial cable that comes out of the wall into the antenna INPUT on the cable box. Then using another coaxial (RG 6) cable, s***w it on the OUTPUT on the cable box into the antenna INPUT of your tv. Then set your tv to channel 3 and change channels with the box remote thereafter.
