  1. 4 feet = 48 inches

    1 foot 4 inches = 16 inches

    Volume of cage = 48*16*16 = 12,288 cubic inches

    1 gallon = 231 cubic inches

    12,288 cubic inches = about 53.1948 gallons

It holds about 53.1948 gallons. I'm not sure how much that's worth, though.

  2. It is a 55-gallon tank.

Is it actually a tank, like an aquarium or is it a cage?

Cages are usually measures in dimensions, aquariums and tanks are generally measured in volume, like gallons.

Try looking on Petsmart or some other pet supply store for comparable product.

Try to make sure you stay with the same materials the cage/tank is made of.
