I have a canon Pixma MP620 photo All-in-One Printer. I installed the print head and ink tanks gently and without problems. Lights lit up on all tanks. I closed the scanning unit and the LCD displayed the error message "C000 Printer error has occurred. Turn off power then back on again..." I did that several times and same message. It appears that the print head is not moving. It is on the far right and does not move, even if I open the scanning unit. What to do??
