The lens shutters won't work anymore, and the lens won't retract back into the camera. Apparently, this is a pretty common problem. I didn't do anything to the camera to make it react this way-- at least, nothing that i can remember. it's a pretty new camera, i've had it for about two months only, but already it's conking out.

what's wrong? and how much would it cost to fix?

i live in the philippines, so if anybody knows a reliable store i can get it fixed in for a reasonable price, i'd love the information. :)

  1. You should be able to take it back to where you purchased it and they send it off for repair.

This is a very common problem with Canons
