  1. The only time a car on SORN can be driven on the road is to get it to a pre booked MOT, it must also be insured.

  2. No.  You can only drive the car on the public highway if it's taxed and insured.  The only way you can deliver it otherwise is on a trailer (none of the car's wheels may touch the road).

If the buyer taxes and insures the car, to include you as a driver, you can deliver it - but make sure you've transferred the registration document first.

  3. if you do and get caught then it is your problem

  4. k  increase the price for your car them delivered with a recovery truck or if if you are cove rd with your insurance for break down assistance ring them up tell then it wont start (unplug spark cable)then give them the add res you wish to bring the car :)

  5. the SORN document you signed declares the vehicle as not being used on the public highway, being caught driving it on the road , apart from to a pre booked mot  will result in the car being impounded, if its to a local area he wants it delivered to, then providing its got a valid insurance, book it in a mot station in the area of where he wants it delivered to, or off cause you could trailer it or tow it, but only with a straight rigid bar, not a rope... and only on A roads no motorways

  6. Afraid not, you can't take it on the road. If the police stop you that can impound the vehicle and that will cost you.

However you could tow it, I believe that would be legal.
