  1. Yes. Almost all 50 states are in a reciprocity compact - which means if you are cited in one state you get the same penalties in your home state as if you were stopped and cited there. - points, suspension etc.

    If you fail to pay it, they can suspend your home state license also.


  2. Definitely, especially in the midwest where they have a compact law. Their computers are linked. Which states are part of it, I don't know, but Nebraska and Colorado are. Besides, since you can't have a license in two states, the only place for it to show up is on your Kansas license.

  3. Tickets don't transfer from state to state.
