This is moisture being drawn out of the air in your home.

Your problem is caused from a restriction in the condensate drain line. There is a pipe (usually white 3/4 inch PVC), that goes from the bottom pan of your inside unit. Either a joint has separated or it has stopped up with slime or algae. It needs to be flushed out by either air or water pressure. You can use a garden hose with a nozzle to clear the restriction by sticking it into the end of drain at unit forcing it out of the pipe.
