I have a chance to buy 2 puppys from west africia with all thier papers and shots what do I have to do?

The man has sent me pictures and he is from where I am. He tells me all I have to do is pay and he will send. Im scared its a scam. Not sure what to do to make sure I really do get the puppies.

  1. Most scams are coming from Africa, As to shots, depends on age.  As to expense, they will held had in quarantine.  The expense of shipping will quite high.  Suggest you contact point of entry for their interpetation of the requirements.


  2. google the guy and ask where the pictures we taken i guess I'm saying is investigate and get all of your questioned answered by him if something is suspicious don't go for it i could be a scam
