I have a chance to buy a new 2005 cannondale six13 R2000, with the campy centaur group for $2000. Is this good

I would get the Fuji. I would NEVER buy a Cannondale... there is a reason they have the nickname "Crack'n'Fail".

There are some disadvantages to campagnolo components - replacement parts are going to be much more expensive, and in some cases harder to find, but the Centaur Gruppo is an excellent groupset, probably comprabable to an all dura ace group. The groupset alone is probably worth $700+. That seems like you are getting some serious value for $2000 for the whole bike.
