I have a charging order on my home. Howver i need to remorgage my home next year will the charging?

go against me when applying for my re-morgage and can i have this order removed from the land registry. please please help

  1. if the charge is for money owed to someone then they will be entitled to their money back when you re-mortgage.

    if that happens then they should be removed from your house deeds.

    so, when you do your re-mortgage then you will need to apply for more money to cover the extra expense.

    better still would be to take professional advice from your solicitor who will be more independent in his outlook regarding your finances.

    double check all the rates that are offered in these mortgage deals.  they all want your money.
