I have a check for $3800. Where can I go to cash it without a bank account?

It's from Wells Fargo Bank. But, they don't have any of those out here. Is there a limit when you go to a check cashing place? Or can I just sign it over to someone and take it out there account?

YOU CAN SIGN IT OVER TO SOMEONE BUT YOU'LL HAVE TO WAIT A COUPLE OF DAYS TO RECEIVE IT OUT OF THEIR ACCOUNT. OR YOU CAN JUST GO TO YOUR NEAREST PARTY STORE BUT THEY CHARGE A CERTAIN AMOUNT FOR EVERY DOLLAR. FOR A $2000 CHECK I CASHED IT COST ABOUT $40 THAT WAS B4 I GOT THE SENSE TO GET A BANK ACCOUNT.

It's about time you opened a check account.  You can get a free one from a credit union or savings and loan.  Then you can write checks to your stylist and others without the cost and trouble of money orders or certified checks.
