  1. Well he could be teething. Ok no seriously my chihuahua's tongue is so long and it doesnt really fit in his mouth. Chihuahuas also need extra vitamins so they dont get hypoglycemia. Try nutrical. Use it once a day about a teaspoon. His sugar could be low or dehydrated.
