I have a child support court date to have child support payments determined this month in maryland. ?

I know he wont show up. I'm 500% sure he wont. What are some actions/punishments the judge might rule as a punishment for not showing up. This will be the first court date.

The judge will give you an ex-parte judgment and you will be able to take it to the department of children and families in your state for assistance in collecting, you could also file a wage garnishment if he is working.~
