Since your service is targeted to a very local area, you might want to have flyers printed and distributed to the area.

Details on the flyer could be: your contact name and number, what type of work you do, the type of experience you have doing it, what's special, unique or different about your service (e.g. you use environmentally friendly cleaning products, etc.).  

Consider offering your services to property managers of large office buildings or going direct to businesses to clean their offices.  It's hard to get good and consistent cleaners - focus on your reliability, consistency in cleaning, and your interest in doing this work long term.
