I have a client I am working with that needs to hire 25 sales reps throughout the USA (environmentally friendly products).

Does anyone have a good idea how I might figure out how to find out how sales reps are found?

through newspaper

even from internet

Job Service Centers, Newspaper Ads. Drug companies hire them all the time.  Maybe their HR Department can give you some help.
