  1. with an injured leg, they wont have to put her down. put your bird in a large box with a soft towel at the bottom so she dosent inger herself further. make shure shes not struggling and call the vet for some advice. espesially if its bleeding. go to the vet tomorrow, first thing.

  2. wait about a week. then if she's not better you can worry.  good luck

  3. Keep your bird in a box where it cannot injure itself any further (by climbing, perching, etc.), lined with a soft towel for traction.  Try to keep her calm, and avoid any disturbances. In the morning, call the vet and take her in.  While you are at the vet's, be sure to tell him/her that your dog licked your bird. Dogs have bacteria in their saliva that pet birds are not immune to!!  Your bird could get quite sick from that, regardless of how her leg is doing.  If your bird was flying around your room, you may want to consider getting her wings clipped to avoid future injuries. Also keep her away from your dog and any other predatory animals. Wishing her (and you) the best!!
