I have a cockroach problem please help !!!!!!?

please help i need to get rid of these cockroaches in my house !!!

whenever i see one i freeze.

i am more then beyond scared of roaches !!

or any type of bug.

ive been spotting them for the past week !!

i need to get rid of them.

please how can i get rid of them

Clean your house. make sure all food is sealed.

If it is spotless and doesnt smell they will go away as there is nothing for them.

Apart from that, buy traps.

You could try cutting them off from any food supply, and placing commercial insect killers in your home (follow directions) but for best results call a professional.



Also encourage your immediate neighbors to start an extermination plan as well.

you can spray insect killer.

An inexpensive way is to set a glass with wet coffee grounds in it next to the outside walls. The coffee attracts them. They get in the glass but can't climb out. Someone needs to empty and reset the jars every few days though.
