  2. I'm assuming you have a single female and she's laying. Birds don't have to have males around to lay eggs, just the right conditions to trigger the hormones to lay. The eggs won't be fertile. (Much like how we get eggs from chickens for commercial production, most the hens laying never even see a Rooster their entire lives)

    You need to for now, leave the eggs alone. Let your bird sit on them until she realizes they're not any good. Taking them out will only cause her to lay more to replace the "lost" eggs. Chronic laying can cause serious problems (lack of nutrients make the bird sick, loss of calcium can cause egg binding which can even cause death, etc). Make sure she has nutritious food (not just seeds) and a cuttlebone for extra calcium to replace what she put into those eggs.
