I have a collect by my bangs to it makes my bangs stick up is there a way i can train?

Yes, this is a really old fashioned way to do it but it worked for me.  Heat the lead of a standard pencil.  I used to use a disposable lighter for this but depending on your age you might just try heating up the lead with your blow dryer.  After the lead gets hot, use it to press down the hair that is sticking up AT THE ROOTS only.  Any small object that you can have pin-point control over will work.  Be careful not to burn your scalp or forehead.

I have a really bad cowlick on the front and so far i cant do anything to get it to stay down except grow my hair out.

ok i had this problem too and my hairdresser tought me how to fix it

dry your hair when its wet but dry it the opposite way its going to sit so

if you want your fringe on the left move the whole thing over to the right and dry it and when its completley dry move it back over

umm im not sure but just try like hairspray or train your hair to a certain way i had to train mine becuse i got side bangs.

Well, first of all the term is "cowlick", not collect. But to fix this, style your hair while it is still wet, so it dries the way you want it to, although it still may stick up a little bit until you have it fully trained.
