  1. Hey!

I'm having this thought in my mind as well. I'm about to get my degree in Psychology and have decided I want to go on the teaching path.

As I researched I came across a few things i hope it's helpful. I read how having a bachelors (any area) is a good start but you'll need a license. Go to your state's government site or the board of education site and check out what the requirements are.

Also I believe I read something on teaching courses but I'm not quite sure on that as well as taking the Praxis exams.

If you plan on continuing your education then maybe an M.Ed would help?

  2. i have noticed that there are plenty of jobs in your area for teachers and substitutes only need to have college credits to be hired....check it out!....maybe some school has an audio-visual person job that needs filling.
